Do the Chinese make a pact between them to never give the true recipe for fried rice?

Seriously, I wonder. I tried a lot of "rice fried "recipes from cookbooks, TV, youtube, magazines. Nothing compares to the fried rice I served in fast food / authentic Chinese restaurants. I ie you have the main ingredients: rice, some eggs, vegetables, chicken / shrimp / pork spring / green onions, but there is always missing. You never know same as those served in restaurants. Is it a secret Chinese? = P

Probably because the Chinese are generally better for cooking Chinese food as it cooks all the time.
