Sana, recipe easy quick chicken with shiitake mushrooms

There are many chicken with shiitake mushrooms recipes on the web, but today this is my own recipe I learned from my mother. This is one of my favorites in time. I used to help my mother prepare for dinner, but I was asked to work only wash vegetables and can be cut work. One day my mother gave me the opportunity to do something from the kitchen, I loved when I heard that. While I was cooking, She stood beside me and I supervised. When I went to college and shared a flat with friends, I cooked this dish several times and the results turned out to be good, I think everything I did the hard work worthwhile. Some tips when you are cooking the mushrooms, you can simply cook the entire mushroom after he was clean but needed longer to cook, maybe another 15 to 25 minutes, also depends on how big are the mushrooms. Mushrooms of size are more juicy. Shiitake mushroom is good for health it boosts your immune system and also contains antioxidants, great for fighting free radicals in the air (that fights aging one way).

Servings: 2

* Note that the portion that is suggested here is for 2 people, with the assumption that this dish is served with rice. You can adjust the amount of the ingredients used, according to personal preference. For example, use 3 chicken thighs mushrooms and more if you intend to eat this dish without service side.

Ingredients:

  • 4 shiitake mushrooms or dried Chinese mushrooms
  • 2 chicken legs
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped into small pieces
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • January 1 teaspoon soy sauce, use 1 teaspoon salt, if you do not have soy sauce, adjust to suit your own taste
  • 1 / 4 cup water
  • 1 or 2 spring onions for garnish (optional)

Cooking Instructions:

1. Mushrooms place in a small bowl, add enough hot water to cover and enjoy during 15 minutes. This is to ensure that dirt on the mushrooms clean. Drain the hot water, wash the mushrooms and cut into strips pieces.

2. Having the skin chicken thighs and cut the meat into pieces the size pieces.Heat oil in a medium saucepan or wok over medium-high heat. Saute the garlic for 30 seconds, then put mushrooms and sauté for 1-2 minutes.Then add chicken and saute for 1-2 minutes per side until lightly browned.
